CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

Yes, you have 14 days to return your item. Please contact us at support@richmondfinch.com within 14 days after you received your item. Please include your order number and state your reason for return. We will then contact you with the proper instructions. If you do not contact us before making a return, you run the risk of not receiving your refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. We suggest you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting. We do not take responsibility for any lost packages. Please note that due to hygienic reasons we do not accept return of used merchandise unless this relates to manufacturer warranty or errors on our behalf. There is no exchange, return or refund on sales items.

Return policy for promotions and campaigns where a 2 for 1 promotion is offered is as follows: The offer is not valid if you return part of your purchase. Full price will then apply.

 

WARRANTY POLICY

Richmond & Finch takes quality very seriously but sadly it is possible that some products might suffer from factory defect. If this occurs, please send an email to our customer service at support@richmondfinch.com so we can investigate.

Please note that the below user inflicted damage does not quality as defects:

  • Failure or damage caused by improper use/carelessness
  • Aesthetic changes that occur during use (scratches, wear)
  • Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
  • Failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster such as an earthquake)

To make a claim regarding a defective product, you will need to provide proof of purchase as well as of the damage. Defective products will be replaced.
